RESEARCH SCIENTIST/CONSULTANT
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Research Scientist who is genuinely passionate about protecting the environment and Australia’s unique ecosystems, to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running field and laboratory experiments around sustainable agriculture and pest control. This will involve travel, a large amount of sorting/identifying biological samples and the delivery of training workshops. The incumbent will also be involved in environmental monitoring projects focused on protecting Australia’s unique fauna. Additional duties will include report writing, liaising with clients, and expanding the profile of CESAR Consultants within the professional community.
The incumbent must be highly motivated and willing to grow with the company. Strong leadership, communication, administration skills, and the ability to coordinate a number of projects simultaneously will be necessary.
We offer an attractive salary commensurate with level of experience ($51,707 – $60,568), a high level of professional support and flexible working conditions. There will be opportunities for advancement to more senior levels.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT/BOOKKEEPER
We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper with a positive and easy-going attitude.
The role reports to and provides support and assistance to the 2 Directors in coordinating day-to-day activities of the company. The incumbent will be responsible for general bookkeeping duties and undertake a full range of administrative functions. Exceptional organisational skills, ability to work independently and attention to detail are essential.
We offer an attractive salary commensurate with level of experience ($47,640 – $59,174 pro rata), a high level of professional support and flexible working conditions. There will be opportunities to increase hours and responsibilities after 12 months.
